Appropriate marketing was a must, and Tammy created an excellent marketing campaign tailored to our needs to create maximum impact and coverage over all platforms including, print, internet, social media, and agency windows, including other Richardson & Wrench Agencies in Sydney and the Hunter. Richardson & Wrench provided some excellent marketing and signage, and what we paid for in marketing were genuine costs, not inflated by the agency.
We loved Tammy's ability to engage with people, we felt so at ease with her, we knew like-minded prospective buyers would be happy to deal with her. Tammy exhibited integrity and professionalism when dealing with our prospective buyers, she promptly returned our calls and continually updated us with feedback about all inspections and followed up all enquiries related to our property.
Tammy conducted regular open houses and spent adequate time ensuring every prospective buyer had sufficient time to inspect our property. Tammy was very accommodating and often worked after hours and Sundays to meet people traveling great distances for inspections. Tammy followed up every possible lead and informed us of the outcome.
What Tammy didn't do was suggest we should drop our price due to a flood of unprecedented houses on the market in our area which had not happened previously. As we went to market nearby properties also listed and sold at prices up to $300,000 dollars less than ours. Tammy did an amazing job citing the value of our unique property and by understanding what we had on offer she was able to establish with prospective buyers that they would be purchasing a property worthy of the price tag, as things go, many people wanting a 'bargain basement price' still wanted us to reduce our price significantly to match other properties.
Tammy was not the agent to succumb to the ‘take the low price and move on to the next sale’ agent tactic, she remained steadfast and believed in our property, her reassurance and guidance gave us confidence during our marketing, and when the time came Tammy found the right buyer and gained a premium price for our property.
So impressed, Tammy's service did not stop at the sale. Tammy then went above and beyond assisting aspects after the sale, coordinating the relevant inspections and valuations to progress the sale, inevitable hiccups along the way were resolved, all parties were kept informed of each step, including liaising with our Solicitor, to keep things moving. Also, during this time our purchaser was overseas and we were so happy that Tammy could liaise between us and reassure both sides of all progress leading to the exchange of contracts.
